Other providers offer care, Thrive offers...
  • A dedicated Wellbeing Specialist, in addition to the care team: Identifying ways to improve emotional and social wellbeing.

  • Attention to the small details: Because it’s the little things that make a big difference. We know there is a right way to load your dishwasher, and we make sure we do!

  • Holistic approach: Not just care but a blend of emotional, social, and practical support.

  • Relationship-centred care: Trusted Health & Wellbeing Associates who build a genuine bond, offering continuous support for both practical needs and emotional wellbeing.

  • Respect for independence: Ensuring that our support is an enhancement to life, not an imposition. The individual's preferences and routines are central to everything we do.

Compassionate Care Tailored to You

Our Health & Wellbeing Associates provide support to help you or your loved one live comfortably and independently. From personal care such as showering and dressing. To meal preparation, medication reminders, getting to appointments and support around the home, we’re here to help with whatever is needed.

We have applied the PERMA wellbeing model to our approach to care, a science-backed framework designed to enhance wellbeing. By investing in positive emotions, engagement, relationships, meaning and accomplishments, we can enrich lives with purpose, joy and resilience.

Beyond practical support, we believe in building meaningful relationships. We take the time to understand each person’s life story, personality and interests. And then we develop a specific wellbeing plan that brings those to life, ensuring that care is not just about meeting needs but also about bringing joy and companionship into every day. Whether it’s sharing a hobby, reminiscing over a cup of tea, or enjoying a favourite activity together, we’re committed to making life fulfilling. Let us provide care that feels like family. Get in touch today to find out how we can support you.
