Director of Wellbeing

Alise is one of the founding members of the team, with over 15 years' experience in culture change consultancy and research into positive dementia care.

Paul Musgrave

Director of Care

Paul oversees the delivery of our services, focusing on maintaining the highest standards of care and compliance, ensuring they provide meaningful support that enhances wellbeing and quality of life.

Rebecca Bennetts

Registered Manager

With 12 years of experience in adult care and management, Rebecca is dedicated to fostering joy and wellbeing for both the people she supports and her colleagues. She takes a compassionate, relationship-centred approach, ensuring every individual receives thoughtful, tailored support.

Agota Szabo

Partnership & Wellbeing Consultant

With a background in care home management, relationship centred and dementia care, Agota brings a wealth of experience to the team.

Peter King

Operations Coordinator

Peter supports the team with administrational, tech issues, finances and anything related to IT equipment.

Claire Hernandez

Marketing Coordinator

With a background in PR, marketing and events management, Claire joined the team in January 2025.

Michalina brings leadership experience and team coordination to the role of Community Lead. She supports our Health & Wellbeing Associates and conducts care assessments, ensuring that our wellbeing initiatives align with individual needs.

Dementia Specialist Nurse Consultant

As our consultant Admiral Nurse, Chris supports the whole team supporting people living with Dementia to have the best possible quality of life.

Georgina

Care Coordinator

Georgina has extensive experience across community care, learning disability support and care planning. With an understanding of psychology and training in dementia awareness, she takes a thoughtful, compassionate approach to supporting people to live well and maintain their independence.

Katie

Health & Wellbeing Associate

Katie is in her second year working within the care sector and is working towards her NVQ. She has very quickly built up strong relationships with her clients who are seeing positive outcomes and improved quality of life.

Lauren

Health & Wellbeing Associate

Lauren brings a wealth of experience in care and support. In her previous role, she was regularly recognised with awards and was frequently requested by the people she supported, reflecting the trusting relationships she builds and the positive difference she makes.

Holly

Health & Wellbeing Associate

Holly has experience providing care and support both in people's homes and as a support worker within a school setting. She has worked with children and adults living with autism and ADHD, bringing patience, understanding and a person focused approach to every individual she supports.

Niamh

Health & Wellbeing Associate

Niamh joined Thrive Homecare with three years experience working in care, beginning her career in children's residential support. She is a fast learner who describes herself as kind, patient, a good listener and someone who enjoys building genuine relationships.

Kevin

Care & Wellbeing Companion

Kevin joined Thrive Homecare as a companion, bringing with him many years of experience working with others as a basketball coach and sports mentor. Having spent much of his career supporting and developing others, he is now combining those skills with relationship centred care to provide personalised companionship and support.

Shannon

Health & Wellbeing Associate

With experience across a wide range of care settings, Shannon has developed valuable skills supporting people with disabilities, older adults and those attending community centres. Known for patience, compassion and a calm approach, Shannon works well under pressure and understands the importance of adapting to each person's individual needs.

Claire

Care & Wellbeing Companion

Before joining Thrive Homecare as a companion, Claire enjoyed a varied career that included working as a qualified chef, spending 18 years with John Lewis and running her own bed and breakfast. Along the way, she has gained qualifications in food safety, professional cookery, customer service and basic healthcare, all of which have helped develop a warm, practical and people focused approach.

Emma

Health & Wellbeing Associate

Emma has been working in care for over 15 years and is passionate about helping people live well at home. She holds an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and is looking forward to starting her Level 3 qualification, continuing to build her knowledge and skills to provide the very best support.
