Key Responsibilities

• Personalised Care Support: Helping clients maintain their independence through compassionate and respectful personal care.
• Enhancing Daily Living: Supporting with meal preparation, household tasks, and medication reminders.
• Bringing Joy & Connection: Providing companionship and escorting clients to social activities, shopping, or appointments.
• Wellbeing Focused: Support clients to experience positive emotions, engage with activities, build relationships, have meaning and purpose and a sense of accomplishment.
• Person-Centred Approach: Monitoring and recording care needs to ensure tailored, high-quality support.
• We require coverage from 8am-10pm 7 days a week so you must have availability within those hours, shifts available include (example) 8am-1pm, midday- 6pm, 4pm-10pm, Minimum 3 days a week.

About You

What You’ll Bring
• A passion for supporting people to live fulfilling and independent lives.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• Experience in domiciliary or community care.
• A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to travel requirements).
• The ability to work flexible shifts, including some evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
• The right to work in the UK.
