Care Job in Canterbury

Canterbury, Kent

About the Role

Are you someone who genuinely enjoys building meaningful relationships and helping others have a good day? We are looking for a warm, friendly Health & Wellbeing Associate to join our team in the Canterbury area.

In this role, you will spend unrushed, quality time with adults who have complex needs, supporting them to enjoy life beyond their front door. That might mean a relaxed coffee at a local café, a trip to a garden centre, or simply sharing conversation and companionship. Your support helps people maintain their independence, confidence, and sense of wellbeing within their community.

While every person is different, most will need support with mobility, safe moving, and getting out and about. For this reason, previous experience in care is essential. You will be offering both practical support and companionship, ensuring people feel safe, comfortable, and able to enjoy their time out.

This is not a task focused role. It is about relationships, listening, and creating positive experiences. If you are naturally caring, enjoy connecting with people, and have the practical skills to support people, we would love to hear from you.
