About the Role
We’re looking for compassionate, reliable individuals to join our Folkestone care team. As a Health & Wellbeing Associate, you’ll support older adults and those with health or mobility challenges to live well at home. Each day will be different — you might help with personal care, prepare meals, accompany someone on an outing, or simply offer companionship.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide personal and practical care tailored to each person’s needs.
• Support with daily activities, meals, and medication reminders.
• Build trusted, respectful relationships with clients and families.
• Promote independence, wellbeing, and dignity at all times.
• Keep accurate records and communicate effectively with the care team.
About You
• Warm, patient, and genuinely caring nature.
• Excellent communication and reliability.
• Previous care experience is welcome but not essential — full training provided.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.
