About the Role
We’re looking for compassionate, reliable individuals to join our Folkestone care team. As a Health & Wellbeing Associate, you’ll support older adults and those with health or mobility challenges to live well at home. Each day will be different — you might help with personal care, prepare meals, accompany someone on an outing, or simply offer companionship.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal and practical care tailored to each person’s needs.
Support with daily activities, meals, and medication reminders.
Build trusted, respectful relationships with clients and families.
Promote independence, wellbeing, and dignity at all times.
Keep accurate records and communicate effectively with the care team.
About You
Warm, patient, and genuinely caring nature.
Excellent communication and reliability.
Previous care experience is welcome but not essential — full training provided.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.
