Care Job in Maidstone
Maidstone, Kent
About the Role
Are you someone who loves making meaningful connections and brightening people’s days? We’re looking for a caring, reliable, and friendly individual to join our team as a Health & Wellbeing Associate.
In this rewarding role, you’ll spend quality time with adults who have complex needs, whether that’s enjoying a coffee at a local café, visiting a garden centre, or simply having a good chat. You’ll help support their independence, wellbeing, and confidence in the community.
Our clients’ needs vary, but most require support with mobility, safe moving, and getting out and about, which is why a background in care is essential for this role. You’ll be providing both companionship and practical support to help people enjoy their time in the community safely and comfortably.
This isn’t your typical care role, it’s about companionship, conversation, and creating positive experiences for the people you visit. If you have a caring nature, a natural ability to connect with others, and the practical skills to support those with mobility needs, we’d love to hear from you.
