Niamh joined Thrive Homecare with three years experience working in care, beginning her career in children's residential support. She is a fast learner who describes herself as kind, patient, a good listener and someone who enjoys building genuine relationships.

For Niamh, helping people to thrive is about making them laugh, enjoying good conversations and making their day a little easier.
