Thrive Homecare is proud to announce that it has been shortlisted in two categories at the 2026 Kent Integrated Care Awards (KICA), recognising excellence in health and social care across the county.

Rebecca Bennetts, Thrive Homecare's Registered Manager, has been named a finalist in the Community Care Registered Manager Award, recognising her outstanding leadership and commitment to delivering high quality, relationship centred care and support.

In addition, Miśka Grześko and the Canterbury Care Team have been shortlisted for the Community Care Team Award. The nomination recognises the team's dedication to providing compassionate, personalised support that enables people to continue living well in their own homes.

The double finalist announcement marks an important milestone for Thrive Homecare and reflects the passion, professionalism and commitment shown by the team every day.

Chris Gage, CEO and Co-founder of Thrive Homecare, said:

"We are absolutely delighted to see Rebecca, Miśka and our Canterbury team recognised in this way. These nominations are a testament to the incredible work they do every day to support people to live independently, maintain their wellbeing and enjoy the best possible quality of life at home. We couldn't be prouder."

The winners will be announced at the Kent Integrated Care Awards ceremony in September, where health and social care professionals from across Kent will come together to celebrate innovation, dedication and excellence within the sector.

Everyone at Thrive Homecare would like to congratulate Rebecca, Miśka and the Canterbury Care Team on this fantastic achievement and wish them the very best of luck for the awards ceremony.
