Live-in Care
Live-in support that brings
familiarity, comfort and reassurance
What is Live-in Care?
Live-in care is where a trained Health & Wellbeing Associate lives in the home to provide consistent, one-to-one support day and night. It enables someone to stay in the comfort of their own home with support available whenever it is needed.
Support is tailored to the individual and may include personal care, medication prompts, meal preparation, help around the home and companionship. This continuity provides reassurance that someone is always there to help, notice changes and respond quickly.
For families, it brings peace of mind knowing there is a trusted person in the home, supporting safety, comfort and continuity

Why Choose Live-in Care?
For many people, live-in care feels like a more natural choice than moving into a residential care home. It means staying in familiar surroundings, keeping beloved pets close, and for couples, continuing life together in the home they share.
We understand that inviting someone into your home is a significant step. That is why we carefully match each person with the right Health & Wellbeing Associates, considering not only needs but also personality and shared interests, helping relationships feel natural from the start.
Support is provided by a small, consistent team who take turns in the home. This continuity builds trust and genuine connection, where support extends beyond practical help into companionship, conversation, shared memories and everyday moments. Because living well at home is about more than safety. It is about feeling connected, confident and able to continue life in a way that feels meaningful and fulfilling.

Families wanting reassurance that support is always in place
"My mother has recently started receiving support from Thrive Home Care, and our experience has been extremely positive. Mum is 95 and living with dementia. She lives alone and has always been fiercely independent, with little awareness of her need for support. From the first meeting, Emma built a natural rapport with Mum, which was incredibly reassuring. Emma currently visits once a week, with plans to increase support over time."
Barry (Son of client)
“From the moment I met my consultant, Agota, I felt very at ease and comfortable. She explained everything clearly and helped me understand how Thrive could support me. My companion helps me with shopping trips and attending medical appointments. I would highly recommend this service to anyone in a similar situation to mine.”
